Set your background on multiple monitors

Customize your Home screen

Use Preview to open your photos and save them in one of the supported formats. See Save PDFs and images in Preview. The object here is to get your pictures into the ribbon so you can set which picture is displayed on each screen. For instance, if you have three screens, you want three images loaded into the thumbnail ribbon. Select the image or video you would like to set as the wallpaper. If you choose to set a video as your wallpaper, up to 15 seconds of the video will play as your background.
What if you have multiple photos from a family trip and you want to see them all displayed as a backdrop? In this case, you would use the Slideshow setting. Once you have found an image you like, tap the image to select, then tap "Download". Tap "Set on Home screen" or "Set on Lock screen" or "Set on Home and Lock screens" to save new wallpaper. You can find "Remove," "Uninstall," or both. "Remove" takes an app off your Home screen only.
Your downloaded wallpapers will be saved in the "My wallpapers" folder. Tap "Wallpapers" at the bottom of the screen, then choose your favourite image. You will now be shown a preview of your wallpaper which you can adjust before saving. Pinch in and out to zoom or drag the image around to change its position. You can choose a suggested wallpaper or one of your own photos. Now that we have created the photo widget, it’s time to add it to your home screen. After selecting the photo, tap the “Back” button to go back to the widget preview. Now, when you go to the “Widgets” tab, you’ll see that Widgetsmith already has templates for small, medium, and large widgets. To create a new widget, tap the “Add Widget” button.

If you selected Dark Mode in Appearance settings , the desktop picture defaults to a dark still image. To stop using a dark still image, click the pop-up menu, then choose Dynamic or Light .
If you have selected "Gallery", tap the image or video that you would like to set as your wallpaper, then tap "Done". Move your apps, shortcuts, widgets, and groups off the Home screen. Then, from the “Selected Album” section, choose an album that you want to feature on your home screen. Tap the “Back” button to go back to the widget preview screen.
